Purchase this listing to reserve a slot for a custom-made, one of a kind piece of jewelry, made especially for you. 

This listing serves to both hold your place in line (customs are completed in the order in which deposits are made), as well as to provide a down-payment on your piece's overall price (deposit payment will be put toward final cost of piece.)

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Before making a custom deposit, please be sure to read this entire listing and get in touch if you have any questions. Please also browse through my shop, gallery page, and Instagram to familiarize yourself with my style, abilities, and general pricing. 

     

    Once purchased, you will receive an email from me within 72 hours to begin planning your piece. Each custom piece is thoughtfully designed and handmade, with your preferences in mind. Photos of available stones within my vast collection will be provided during the process. Photos on this listing are just examples of some of the many stones in my collection. There are hundreds of gems that have yet to be photographed! If you do happen to have a favorite from the images already provided, feel free to let me know, as it may be available.

     

    A more exact time frame for fabricating your piece will be provided once the design has been agreed upon. Production times may vary due to workload, but 4-6 weeks is common. A price estimate will also be provided once the design is finalized.

     

    If for some reason we are not able to agree upon a design, pricing, or I don't have a stone that appeals to you, a refund of your deposit will be issued (apart from 6% to account for payment processing fees.) The option for a refund on the deposit is waived once fabrication begins.

     

    Upon completion of the piece, a second listing or Paypal invoice will be created with the balance remaining on the full price. (Shipping costs are paid at time of deposit, but shipping fees will not be charged again at final payment.) Payment of the full quoted price of the piece, minus any deposits or additional installment payments made previously, must be paid within 2 weeks of completion of the piece.  Upon receipt of the remainder of the balance, I will ship the piece to you within 3-5 business days.  If full payment is not made within 2 weeks of the final invoice the deposit cost and any rights to the piece will be forfeited. The piece will then be repurposed at seller's full discretion.

     

    Please be aware, custom-made pieces are not considered eligible for refunds, as they are made specifically to your preferences and size.
