Payment plans require a deposit payment, followed by a payment schedule to pay off the remaining balance, paid via Paypal invoice(s). Total number of payments and exact time frame for payments is determined on a piece by piece basis to accommodate both buyer and seller's needs before entering into the payment plan. Once a payment schedule has been agreed upon by both parties, buyer is expected to follow through with on time payments based on predetermined due dates.
Once the deposit (initial payment) has been made, the item is placed on "Reserve" on the website, and no other parties are allowed to purchase it. Additional payments must then be made according to the agreed up time frame. Once the item has been paid off, it will be removed from the website and shipped.
The deposit serves to reserve the item, thus taking it off the market for other interested parties who may have purchased it. Payment plans also require much additional legwork, correspondence, and added payment processing fees covered by seller, at buyer's convenience. As such, if the payment schedule isn't followed, seller reserves the right to keep the deposit payment. In the case that payments are not made by the agreed upon date(s), the item will then become available on the website for sale to the general public and the initial deposit payment will be retained by seller. (In the case that multiple payments have been made, and a later payment is missed, only the initial deposit payment will be retained and secondary installment payments will be refunded to buyer.)
For the reasons mentioned above, items purchased through payment plans are also considered Final Sale, meaning they are not eligible for return. Coupons, sales, and other promotions cannot be applied to payment plans.

All purchases will be thoughtfully wrapped and ready for gift-giving. Small items will be packaged together in one gift box, unless otherwise requested.
Shipping via USPS First Class, Priority Mail (expedited delivery), and optional Insurance and Signature Confirmation Service add-ons are available for domestic purchases. Signature Confirmation service will ensure your item must be signed for upon delivery. (If no one is available to sign for your package upon first delivery attempt, you will then have to schedule a re-delivery online or pick it up at your local post office branch. They will not automatically re-attempt delivery.) Insuring your package for its full value is highly recommended, as seller will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during delivery. Please also be sure to provide the correct shipping address at check out.
(A small handling fee is included in the shipping cost, to account for packaging materials. As such, shipping fees are subject to change slightly depending on current shipping rates and materials costs.)
International shipping times may vary, so please be prepared to potentially wait several weeks for your package to arrive. Buyer is responsible for any fees or taxes associated with shipping internationally, and seller will not be held responsible for items that may be held up by customs. Please look up your country's import regulations before making your purchase, as some countries restrict the import of jewelry. Tracking international shipments is not possible with USPS First Class Mail and seller will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to an expedited service, please get in touch prior to making your purchase. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address at check out. Returns, Sizing, & Jewelry Care
Please be sure to carefully read each product listing and our shop policies. Please feel free to get in touch with any questions or concerns prior to making a purchase. Your purchase indicates you have read to and consent to our policies.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery and I will do my best to make sure your needs are met. Customer satisfaction is my top priority. After 3 days of delivery, all purchases are considered final.
If a return is approved, items must be postmarked for return shipment within one week of original delivery date. Items sent back without prior communication and approval by seller will not be accepted. Shipping fees will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs via USPS with insurance and signature confirmation, to ensure safe arrival. Items received back in new condition and original packaging according to the aforementioned procedure will be returned for store credit only. As this business is a one person operation, I am not able to provide money-back returns at this time.
Returns are assessed on a case by case basis at seller's full discretion. Refunds/returns are not guaranteed, so please be sure to ask any questions you may have and be sure of your commitment level before making your purchase. Additionally, custom-made, sized-to-order, discounted pieces, payment plans, and international shipments are not eligible for a refund/return, (and will require a non-refundable deposit before fabrication).
Please be sure of your sizing before ordering and of your commitment to the piece. Returns will not be accepted for customer sizing errors, as sizing is listed as accurately as possible on each listing. Please be aware, ring sizes may vary up to a quarter size from what is stated on item listing. This is due to the fact that ring mandrels and sizers can vary slightly in sizing from mandrel to mandrel and sizer to sizer. Additionally, sizing can vary greatly from a narrow band ring to a wide band ring. The best method to determine your correct size would be to try on a similar style banded ring as the one you are interested in, as wide band rings often require sizing up substantially to achieve a comfortable fit. Fingers can also shrink and swell due to temperature and salt intake. (Your finger might be one size today, and another tomorrow.) Keeping this in mind, the best course of action if you're unsure of your exact size is to get sized professionally by a local jeweler and purchase a ring that can be switched to other fingers, depending on these factors.
Seller will not be held responsible for wear and tear of used items. Please treat your items with care, as they are handmade and natural stones are potentially delicate. Turquoise especially, is a relatively soft and semi-porous stone, sensitive to bumps, scratches, and the elements. Over time, exposure to liquids, oils from your skin, soaps, cosmetics, and other chemicals may alter the color of both turquoise and any patinas applied to the metals. This is a natural occurrence, but can be slowed with proper care. Please remember to always take your jewelry off before washing your hands, showering, swimming, applying lotion, using cleaning products, participating in strenuous activity, and so fourth to prolong the life of your piece. Both the stone and patina will benefit from staying clean and dry. Any rough or wet/dirty activity may be harmful to your handmade jewelry. Bumping your piece accidentally may cause these natural stones to crack, so please treat them gently! Additionally, metals (such as Sterling Silver) may tarnish with exposure to air. Best practice is to store your jewelry in an air tight container, such as a baggie, away from direct light and moisture. Polishing pads (such as the one stocked in the shop) may be used to gently wipe away tarnish that may occur, however silver cleaners and other chemicals are not recommended. Be careful not to wipe over oxidized areas, as you will remove the intentional patina. Please get in touch if you have further questions regarding care for your jewelry. These pieces are made to withstand the test of time, but proper care is essential.
